from garden to jar
What a treat to photograph this garden which is the powerhouse of award winning old-fashioned style jams, chutneys and pickles made by Three Fruity Ladies.
Using original family recipes, Emily and Pam grow produce in their large vegetable area and make small batches in their onsite micro kitchen. It was great to visit through the different seasons so we could document from the seedling stage to the harvesting, cooking and then the finished product. Iām looking forward to popping back to photograph the jars all labelled up (and swap a few more stories with Pam on family holiday mishaps in Wales!)
